The Whirlwind called February

1 Feb

Dino and I concluded that come February, a lot of people will be either complaining that they’re single or proclaiming on how much they love being single. Either way works for me, I did not really celebrate V-Day until 2 years ago ^^. Dino and I are only planning a sushi pig-out at Sakae Sushi on V-Day. My parents are going out too in the evening soooo I was given permission to hang out with Dino too. See, having a LEGAL relationship is much fun than keeping it a secret. Ano? Thrill?

Before I make less sense than I do right now, all I’m saying is that my February schedule (wow, schedule, artista?) is effin’ tight that I can’t even squeeze in stuff that I myself would love to do. First week will be the 4Minute Mall Tour, whether I’m official Photographer or not, of course I’ll go. You can’t exactly miss out on a session like this. This means I have to save up to grab myself a copy of the album to be signed. Talk about being broke on this week. ><

Second, there’s Kino Eye (school org) tasks that I have to attend to. We’re bringing in Flippish to DLS-CSB for a fun inspiration talk and open forum, so if you’re from DLS-CSB, please look forward to this event! It’ll be fun and kick-ass, that’s for sure!

Then February means 3rd Gathering of Wonderful Philippines, the official fan club of the Wonder Girls here. The team at WGPH worked tremendously hard for this event to happen. The people at Megatrade Conference Hall are pretty awesome and nice people really. So if you love the Wonder Girls, do check out http://wonderfulph.org/forums for details. Oh and I’ll be hosting this event? What? That’s not 100% sure yet…haha!

This month also means uhhh, payments. I recently just bought myself an external hard drive and I have to pay for it soon. I also sense a bajillion of lakads, going here and there for errands and tasks so money is very scarce. I’ve mentioned this to most of my close friends, on how I seriously FREAKING need a part-time job already. Haha. This also means my much anticipation to graduate next year hopefully. This is why I’m taking this term a bit more seriously. It’ll also mean I’d have to lessen my KPOP related activities but I’ll be working on new projects too that’s going to benefit my KPOP activities and my school work as well.

In all honesty, I just want this month to end. I’m bombarded with heavy responsibilites and all I want right now is to take a break. Hey, I’ve been working too during the holidays. My past weeks have been nothing but stressful so thank God for a Hello Baby 2 w/ SHINee or I would have gone in serious depression. Haha!

Beauty Credit Charcoal Nose Pore Cleaning Patch

27 Jan

So I’ve got myself new goodies from shopping with my cousin yesterday at SM Makati (which has an awesome make-up section). My cousin was quite surprised upon seeing a Beauty Credit counter so we both decided to check it out. I ended up buying something I’ve wanted to try for the longest time.

Here it is in it’s box-y glory!!

Beauty Credit’s Charcoal Nose Pore Cleaning Patch costs only Php195.00 ($4.00) for a box of 7 strips. A bit pricey for a pack of 7 but it sounds good. Beauty Credit might sound familiar to you if you’re a Boys Over Flowers fan (which I’m not) because Go Hye Sun is one of the endorsers of this product.

I’m not really a skin product fan but I’ve been dying to get rid of the excess oil on my nose thanks to all that sweating and Metro Manila dirt so this should be a must-try and my cousin also recommended it.

These sweet cakes are individually wrapped and unfortunately, they’re not sold individually but it’s worth the try really. Charcoal is said to have a detoxifying agent that is used to clear out oil and dirt from our pores and this is what the nose patch is all about.

All you have to do is stick the glossy side on your nose, dab it with water and wait for it to harden up. It’s just like a mask, so you need to wait for like 10-15 minutes. After waiting time, you slowly peel the strip off and ta-dah, stare at how much whiteheads and blackheads you’ve managed to remove! Kidding, but I was really staring at mine and it was a hell lot but now my nose pores are clear and clean!

Oh! It’s SNSD

21 Jan

Oh! Did you know that Girl’s Generation will be back with their 2nd album. I’m a bit excited in a way since I still like girl groups, even if they’re not exactly my top favorite girl group (duh, I’m a stereotyped anti-SNSD…wtf) And while I may not like all nine girls (I have my biases), pretty much, it’s a love-hate relationship between me and the band. One day I love them, the next day I hate them. Oh please, don’t tell me I’m just jealous of them…huh? It’s just that the band never clicked.

Well, aside from short-shorts and killer legs, I’ve been curious about this release especially after hearing Show! Show! Show!. Though, their image still stay candy-pop to me even if they tried being sexy. Fans of SNSD should be excited about this though, because it is easier to support an artist that has constant news and albums *coughs coughs*

One more thing, SNSD’s 2nd album release means a good thing for SHINee (HAHAHAHA~ Oh my biases <3)

You know what’s sad…

11 Jan

Title quoted from Ate Kring but seriously…you know what’s sad?

Having to be torn and yet you already know what would be the right thing to do yet you want to make everyone happy and pleased that you are not happy anymore. Sad? Troubled? Not really.

It’s just that, when I have a group of friends…I don’t want anyone left out. I don’t want anyone feeling left out and I don’t like it when people make my friends left out. It’s annoying and rude not only to them but I get a share of being annoyed for them as well.

Ganito lang kasi yan, wag na tayo mag-plastikan.

It happens to me too, there are times I feel left out and anti-social or simply just left out from the group and I try to cope with it on my own but when I see my friends feeling bad about this…I can’t help but feel guilty.

But honestly, why would I hang out with people who don’t want me or think of me as a last resolution? Seriously? Have fun missing me? Most likely!

In other news,

Finals are done. 2nd term of my 3rd year in college is officially OVER. Like the 1st term, I didn’t give my best shot and it’s alright because I have come to realize what I’m REALLY good at but of course, that doesn’t give me the enough reason to fail my subjects right. A little balance of everything helps. :D

Hello 2010!

31 Dec

That will be my new motto for 2010. I swear. I am tired of being TOO NICE. Wait, am I nice? I don’t think I am.

Loves y’all. <3
